The plant "Royal Engineering", which is a part of the group of companies "Royal House", was supervised by the notified body 1020 TZUS Praha, s.p., having received a certificate of conformity of precast concrete products- wall elements with the harmonized European standard EN 14992:2007 + A1:2012.

Our own production base provides an opportunity to perform all key production processes under supervision of highly skilled specialists and to follow strictly technological requirements during the whole production process. As well as to reduce time and recourses consumption.

Complete assembly

Wall module consists of:

  • Reinforced concrete bearing wall panel (160mm thick 7.7 x 3.12 m)
  • Reinforced foam polystyrene insulation system.
  • Rehau Euro-Design 70 metal-plastic windows (Germany)
  • Façade system, which includes decorative and architectural elements along the perimeter of windows and clinker tile cladding with floating of waterproofing seams by special sealants.
  • A set of architectural elements for joints matching.

Ecology and energy efficiency

Conservation and rational use of power with utmost comfortable internal arrangement is a primary task, which is solved by the «Royal House» company in terms of energy efficiency of construction.

According to calculation, our wall modules have an U-value for the exterior wall structure.
